What to expect at your first visit

Planning for your first visit begins with a thorough discussion of your medical history and current injury or fitness goals. Whether, virtually* or in person, we will meet at your home, office, or gym for your visit and perform a thorough evaluation of how your body moves to best understand your specific needs.
Based on that physical assessment and our discussions, we will work with you to create the best plan to achieve your wellness goals. We encourage questions and feedback during our time together to continue improving your care. If appropriate, you will be provided with a home exercise program to help maximize your success.

How to prepare for your first visit

-
Wear appropriate clothing that you can move around in (e.g. shorts for a knee recovery)
-
Be ready and be on time
-
The best way to prepare is with an open mindset!
