About GOAL
Whole body, results-driven, physical therapy services
dedicated to your health and well-being.

Laurie started her career as a Physical Therapist with the natural desire to always help others succeed. She saw physical therapy as a way to care for others, while helping them accomplish their health and wellness goals.
With over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, Laurie has worked with both professional athletes and teams, as well as individuals as unique as you. From personal home exercise plans to multiple team member fitness strategies, Laurie creates individualized programs that produce desired results.
To ensure the best long-term results, Laurie works with her clients to resolve the underlying causes to their pain, discomfort or other fitness roadblock. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, she works with you to create a strong foundation for your wellness. Her therapeutic programs emphasize client education, facilitating open communication and teamwork—empowering you to be a part of your own success.
To keep you moving and functioning at your best, Laurie recommends regular check ups to address any imbalances or underlying musculoskeletal issues before they turn into something that sidelines your activity.
Laurie and her husband Mike love to travel and experience new places and cultures. She is an active member of Alpha Phi Alumnae – San Mateo Chapter and a retired amateur bodybuilder. Laurie enjoys practicing Yoga, studying Chinese Medicine techniques and homeopathy, as well as working out to keep fit and healthy.
